Christmas was wonderful in more than one way this year. First of all it was the first year we were able to have Christmas morning at our very own house as well as Christmas dinner. In the morning we all woke up around seven and headed straight to the living room to see what Santa had brought for Grayson. Grayson's reaction was priceless! Santa had brought Grayson an over stuffed Pottery Barn chair, a Spider Man "sit and spin", and a Melissa and Doug Art Easel (well from Mimi but, it was unwrapped and put together so it appeared as if Santa had brought it.) Grayson got several other new toys which were much needed because Grayson has become a little bored with most all of his toys.
I was really excited about giving Greg his BIG SURPRISE I had gotten him for Christmas. Which was two tickets to the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, TX. I put the tickets in the bottom of a silver bowl stuffed with Cotton and then wrapped the bowl. At the very bottom of the box under the bowl were all of our hotel and flight arrangements. He is really excited about going and I am so happy he is going to take me with him ;) .
Greg also surprised me with a MacBook computer. This could not had been better timing due to my other computer crashing. I LOVE my new computer.
Around 1 o'clock everyone came over both Greg's parent's and grandfather, my sister, brother in law, and niece and nephew to exchange gifts and eat Christmas dinner. It was so much fun having everyone together and to watch Grayson play with his niece and nephew. He just lights up when he sees them. He really looks up to both of them especially Edward.
We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and has a Happy New Year!
