There is an Italian restaurant here in East Cobb called Scalini's that is know for it's Eggplant Parmesan inducing labor with in 48 hours of eating it. Apparently this EP has sent hundreds of women into labor. So we thought what the heck, if it happens then great and if it does not happen for us at least we enjoyed a fun family dinner. I have until tonight around seven to see if the legend will hold true for me and baby girl.
