What a wonderful weekend...

Grayson has officially mastered hills! Not only has he mastered them he LOVES climbing them. Late this afternoon we decided to go down to the river park and watch the sunset. Grayson clearly had other things in mind! He decided that instead of watching the sunset and playing with his giant ball that he wanted to climb a hill worthy enough to raise any adult’s (in shape or not) heart rate. It was pretty impressive b/c not only was he climbing the hill he was running while doing it. He did this over and over again with a big grin on his face. I now inspire to have the look of joy on my face every time I work out especially while running hills. Which I can assure you is one of my least favorite workouts. Here are some pictures, ENJOY…

Hillside

Running down the hill!
and running back up again!

" walking on sunshine"

The sweetest kisses!
With his GIANT ball!

Okay, so my girlfriend Kacy and I found this cute shirt for Grayson at the Copper- Young fest a few weeks ago. I could not wait to get it on him but, I knew I had to wait for October. With that being said, the second it turned October first... I had Grayson wearing the shirt. Later, that same day we happened to be in a store where they had these fun Halloween flashlights. I let Grayson play with one thinking he would not be that in to it. Well, I finally learned what it was like not being able to remove an object from a child's hand with out a tantrum breaking out in the middle of the store. Seriously, I never knew a flashlight could be so amazing and yet SO heartbreaking at the same time. I love that Grayson loves Halloween as much as I do and just think, it is not even Halloween yet ;)

After we were home with his flashlight. Clearly, we could not get outside fast enough!
Yes, I have a "BOO" shirt on...AND?
Happy to be outside, even though it is not dark and my flashlight does not shine that bright in daylight ;)
You know what they say..."Step on a Crack, break Momma's back"...I better not;)
